Tasty Tidbits- Pretty Peppers

Looking for a tasty and healthy side dish? When grilling meats, throw on some red, yellow and orange peppers with cut up onion and small tomatoes. Just wash them, cut them up and toss them on the grill in a grilling basket, or on skewers. Spritz with a little olive oil cooking spray and sea salt if you like and cook until slightly charred. Delish!

I always make extra and keep them in the fridge in a tupperware. You can then use them in an omellete, in a chicken stir fry, on a salad or to make quesadillas over the next few days. So yummy!!!

Want to make it even easier? Buy the small peppers and just wash, chop off the top and grill them up! They also add a great crunch when tossed in raw into salads.
